Miro

Connect Miro to turn a board’s requirements and ideas into a working project. Mythos can use accessible boards, diagrams, and comments as context while you plan and build.

This is a personal chat connection. You authorize your own Miro account, and it becomes available across your Mythos projects. Teammates connect their own accounts; publishing an app does not share your Miro connection with its visitors.

From a board to an app

Give Mythos a board link and identify the part to use. A board may contain several workshops or versions, so a frame name helps focus the task.

Read the Customer onboarding frame on this Miro board: [board link]. Turn the agreed journey into an onboarding flow with the same steps and decision points.

You can also ask:

• “Use the requirements and comments on this board to build a first version of the request portal.”
• “Compare the current app with the user journey on this board and identify the missing screens.”
• “Summarize the open questions in this workshop before we choose what to build.”

Referencing a board gives Mythos context for the task. It does not create a live mirror of the board in your published app.

Connect Miro

1. Open Connectors on the Mythos Dashboard and select Miro.
2. Open the connection form; if you already have a connection, select Add connection.
3. Select Connect Miro and sign in to Miro.
4. During authorization, choose the Miro team that contains your board and approve access.
5. Return to your project chat and paste the board link.

Miro’s MCP connection is team-specific. A board in a different team may be inaccessible even when you can open it in your browser. Reauthorize with the correct team if needed. Authorizing another team or client can replace an earlier Miro MCP authorization.

If a board is unavailable

Check the account, selected team, and board permissions first. Enterprise administrators may restrict MCP access, so an organization policy can prevent connection even when the board itself is shared with you.

Use a direct board link rather than a link to Miro’s dashboard. Tell Mythos which frame or diagram matters instead of asking it to interpret every item on a large board.
