Terms of Service — v1.5
Terms of Service — v1.5
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Mythos Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Mythos”, “we”, “us”), for using Mythos and its hosted development, collaboration and publishing services.
Our correspondence address is 2810 North Church Street, STE 90672, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Contact legal@mythos.new about this agreement and support@mythos.new for help with the service.
Version 1.5. These Terms apply when you expressly accept this edition. For existing accounts, material changes take effect only after the applicable advance-notice period described below, unless you choose to accept them earlier. Publication alone does not establish that an existing user has been notified. Previous purchases retain the rights and terms that applied when they were made. The previous edition and change history remain available.
The agreement
The Acceptable Use and Copyright Policy forms part of these Terms. The Data Processing Agreement applies only to the processing it describes. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly overrides these documents.
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data. Reading or accepting these Terms is not consent to optional analytics, advertising or unrelated uses of your data.
The service
Mythos helps you create and edit software using AI, work with project files, connect supported services and publish projects. Features and limits available to you are shown in the product and the offer you select. A preview or successful build is not a guarantee that generated software is secure, accurate or suitable for your intended use.
You control when to publish a project and which supported external connections to authorize. Publishing makes the published material publicly accessible. Review it before publishing, including personal data, credentials, licenses and third-party rights.
Accounts and teams
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher. If you act for an organization, you represent that you may bind it to this agreement. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Workspace roles determine who can access content and authorize actions. Only provide content, personal data and connected-service permissions that you are entitled to use for the requested purpose. Your responsibilities for an application you publish include its end-user notices, lawful processing and any required consent.
Plans, credits and payments
Billing terms edition: 2026-09-16. The offer shown before purchase identifies the price, currency, credit allocation, billing interval, applicable charges and included features. Free access, recurring plans and one-time credit packs may have different limits. Credits are service usage units, have no cash value apart from applicable refund rights, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Credits do not expire. A credit pack adds credits; it does not by itself activate subscription-only features. Usage charges shown in the product apply to accepted actions. A failed action that qualifies for a reversal under the product’s charging rules is reconciled through your credit history.
If you purchase a subscription, it renews at the displayed interval until you cancel. You authorize the disclosed recurring charges. Cancel through the billing controls available in your account, or contact support if you cannot access them. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access through the paid period; it does not delete your account or erase remaining credits.
Payment details are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. We do not receive your full card number or CVC. Keep your billing details accurate. The price and any tax charged on a purchase must be presented before you authorize it. We provide or make available the payment record associated with your purchase.
Changes to an existing subscription’s price apply prospectively after advance notice and any consent required by applicable law. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. We will not retroactively reduce the credits or refund rights attached to an earlier purchase.
Refunds and disputed payments
You may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@mythos.new. Identify the purchase; do not send card numbers, passwords or secret keys. Used credits are normally non-refundable. Subscription fees are not automatically refunded when you cancel; statutory rights and any refund we agree with you still apply.
A refund reverses the credits and, where applicable, access associated with the refunded purchase. A payment dispute can temporarily restrict the disputed purchase while it is resolved. If associated credits have already been spent, an internal credit adjustment may reduce later purchased credit grants. This is a service-credit adjustment, not a new authorization to charge your payment method. Contact support if you believe an adjustment is incorrect.
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation, withdrawal, conformity and refund rights, take priority over this policy. Accepting these Terms alone does not waive them. Where separate information or an express request is required to begin a service during a withdrawal period, it must be provided and obtained separately.
Your content and generated output
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. As between you and Mythos, you retain ownership of that input and own generated output to the extent ownership is recognized by applicable law. To the extent Mythos obtains transferable rights in that output, we assign them to you. You may use the output commercially, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
This does not transfer ownership of third-party software, templates, images, fonts, trademarks or other material included in a project. Their licenses continue to apply. Preserve required copyright, permission and attribution notices. Mythos does not require a visible “Made with Mythos” attribution merely because you used the service.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, reproduce and transmit your content as needed to provide the services you request, operate and secure them, and comply with lawful obligations. Publishing and external connector actions use the content and permissions necessary for your requested action. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising or model training on your project content.
AI output may resemble output provided to others or existing material. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims. Review output, dependencies, licenses and sensitive data before relying on or distributing it.
Our platform and external services
Mythos retains its rights in the platform, brand, infrastructure and other service materials, excluding your content and applicable third-party materials. These Terms permit use of the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.
External accounts and services have their own terms, permissions, charges and availability. Authorizing a connection does not transfer ownership of the external account to Mythos. Revoking authorization does not itself delete resources held by that provider. Use the product’s connection controls and review the stated effects before confirming a change.
Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use and Copyright Policy. Do not use Mythos to infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute harmful or unlawful content, or bypass access and usage controls. Send abuse reports to legal@mythos.new; copyright reports may be sent to legal@mythos.new.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mythos available, but it can be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or third-party outages. No service-level agreement applies unless we separately agree to one in writing. We may improve or change features, subject to the commitments of your purchased offer and applicable law.
If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where possible and address unused prepaid services in accordance with applicable law and the agreement for the purchase.
Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using Mythos and cancel a subscription through account billing controls. Account settings provide export and deletion. Export anything you want to keep before deletion. If an active subscription must first be cancelled or external cleanup requires your action, the product will explain the next step or direct you to support.
Deletion starts removal of associated Mythos-held content and resources. A pending request means cleanup is incomplete. Once deletion is confirmed complete, the account is not available for self-service restoration. External customer-owned services, legally required records, minimal security records and backups follow the boundaries explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity or a threat to users or the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us, unless doing so would compromise security or be prohibited by law. Statutory rights and access needed to manage existing billing obligations are preserved.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that every generated result will be correct, secure, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing your applications and deciding where to use them.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or opportunities. Mythos’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the fees you paid Mythos for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited, including applicable mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, intentional misconduct and other non-excludable liabilities. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Governing law and disputes
Delaware law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise. Before bringing a claim, either party may contact the other to seek a good-faith resolution. This does not prevent urgent relief or extend a legal filing deadline.
Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdictional rules, disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, you retain the protections and rights to bring proceedings in another competent court that applicable law gives you.
These Terms do not require arbitration.
Changes and general terms
For a material change, we will give existing users at least 30 days’ advance notice by email or in-product notice, unless a shorter period is required by law or an urgent security or legal reason. The notice will identify the change and applicable effective date. Where express acceptance is required, we will request it. We retain previous editions and do not rewrite past acceptance records.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the documents expressly incorporated into them govern the service, subject to a separately signed agreement and mandatory law.
