Privacy v1.33 describes personal authenticator records, workspace access-policy history, and the separate 365-day profile contribution counters and minimal duplicate-prevention receipts. Generation payload retention remains unchanged. The settings guide documents personal two-factor authentication on every plan and Business workspace controls.

Privacy v1.32 clarifies the completed account-export contract: every included category must be collected successfully, and a failed or oversized request returns an error rather than a partial completed archive. The sign-in guide now explains express acceptance of the displayed Terms edition and preservation of previous acceptance records.

Privacy v1.31 and Customer DPA v1.1 specify the active connector-result retention controls: successfully completed response payloads become unavailable for replay after 30 days and are erased by bounded maintenance or expired-result reads. Confirmed cleanup also removes the payloads it covers. Minimal receipts and evidence for unresolved external actions have separate lifecycles.

Terms v1.5 identifies Mythos Software, LLC and its correspondence address; explains recurring plans, credit packs, cancellation and refunds; clarifies output and third-party license rights; incorporates the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable customer DPA; and uses Delaware courts while preserving mandatory consumer rights. It does not require arbitration.

The separately labeled billing terms edition is 2026-09-16. Previous purchases retain the rights and terms applicable when made.

Privacy v1.30 and Cookies v1.17 clarify provider roles, connector-response retention, account-deletion states and the scope of account export. Built-in published-site analytics requires a visitor’s affirmative choice; rejecting or withdrawing consent stops new events.

The customer DPA, provider register, acceptable-use/copyright policy and security page make those responsibilities and reporting channels explicit.

Which Terms apply

• This edition applies when it is expressly accepted, subject to the effective-date provisions in the Terms.
• Publishing this edition or signing in does not by itself establish an existing account’s acceptance of v1.5.
• Otherwise, material changes follow at least thirty days’ individual email or in-product notice, subject to the limited legal/security exceptions in the Terms.
• A publication date is not evidence that a particular user received notice. A previous acceptance record is not relabeled as a new acceptance.
• Previous acceptance records retain their original edition and time; they are not evidence of express acceptance of v1.5.

Archived Terms

An archive records the wording of that edition. It does not establish that every account accepted it. For an older agreement or a copy of your acceptance record, contact legal@mythos.new.
