Acceptable Use and Copyright

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Mythos Software, LLC. It applies to your use of Mythos, content you provide, requested integrations and projects you publish through the service.

Use the service lawfully

Do not use Mythos to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, exploit children, distribute unlawful sexual content, threaten people, facilitate fraud or impersonation, distribute malware, steal credentials, or obtain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Do not bypass account, workspace, payment or usage controls; expose someone else’s secrets or private data without authority; send unlawful or abusive unsolicited messages; or interfere with the availability or security of Mythos or another service. Security research must follow the responsible disclosure policy.

Only connect external accounts and request actions you are authorized to use. Review generated output and third-party licenses before publishing. You are responsible for the lawful notices and permissions needed for your application’s users.

Report abuse

Email legal@mythos.new with the exact page or project URL, the conduct or content at issue, the reason for your report and a way to contact you. Include enough context to locate the issue, but do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

We assess reports in context and may request more information, restrict affected content or functionality, or suspend an account where justified. We seek to use measures proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate and legally permitted, affected users receive a reason and may request review through support@mythos.new.

Copyright notices

Send copyright concerns to legal@mythos.new, with:

• Your physical or electronic signature and contact details.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
• Identification and the exact location of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for it.

We may share a notice or relevant details with the person responsible for the material to handle the complaint, subject to applicable law. Do not submit a notice that knowingly misrepresents ownership or infringement.

If your material was restricted following a copyright notice, contact legal@mythos.new to request the applicable counter-notice or review procedure. A qualifying U.S. DMCA counter-notice ordinarily includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and the jurisdiction/service-of-process statements required by law. We will explain the applicable process before asking you to provide those statements.

We address repeat infringement where appropriate. This page supplies a reporting channel; it does not itself assert a registered U.S. designated agent or eligibility for a statutory safe harbor.
